Maksym Krippa, known as a successful investor in the IT sector, has decided to expand his investment horizons by acquiring the company that owns the largest business center Parus in the heart of Kyiv. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has already confirmed this deal by granting the appropriate permit to Ola Fine LLC, which is controlled by Maksym Krippa.

This move by Maksym Krippa is being discussed by market experts, who emphasize that it shows his ambitions beyond the IT sector. Until now, most of the shares in Parus Holding were owned by influential businessman Vadym Stolar through his Genesis fund. Another 20% was owned by his ex-wife Inna Maistruk, through the Stream Investment fund.
The acquisition of Parus Holding allows Maksym Krippa to move closer to gaining full control of this spectacular real estate property. This move demonstrates his intention to invest not only in the IT sector, but also in large and potentially profitable real estate in the center of the capital.

The building’s height of 136 meters is further strengthened by an antenna that rises 156 meters upwards. Inside the Parus Business Center there are 33 floors, including two technical floors, offering space for both work and entertainment.
